Pros

I have to enter words

Cons

Terrible culture. The in-fighting was incredible and caused many people who had moved families across the country to work insane hours (7 days a week, 15 hrs/day), which ended in Constructive Termination for most of them. Management had no grasp on how to fix it, and it seemed encouraged to let it spin out of control. I would never work there again.
