Pros

The Hard work we do is extremely fulfilling. I see the results of my labor directly in the network and I can see how it improved the customers experience. Its fun, I work with the greatest teams in the industry and we have a lot of fun. Finally, we are making history. I am proud to be an Amazonian.

Cons

It is hard work, can be odd hours. But the culture is real and the leadership works very hard to care for their team and manage life balance. My team lead asks every week, "how are you and how is your family". He cares. So basically the Con is only if you don't like hard work that is fulfilling.
