Pros

Good package. Well resourced in terms of kit/tooling. Good opportunity for progression.

Cons

Headcount is always below due to churn. Drive for improvement is absolutely relentless even when level of return is outweighed by necessary commitment/investment. Massive internal churn prevents good working relationships from lasting.

Not great since the EU takeover

Pros

Good benefits overall, pay is decent

Cons

Stock units are restricted so it’s a carrot on a stick, RME was taken over by the EU. EU makes up a small amount of Amazon however mostly all promotions are within EU only.
