Pros

Health care can't really think of any other pros It's a very horrible place to work

Cons

Ridiculous expectations, your schedule changes constantly, The pay is awful. People starting out on day one or making the same as people have been there for five years They don't give raises, New people get raises but if you've worked for the company you don't get a raise. There are no benefits They took away all the stock options bonuses and raises. They expect you to work loads of overtime with no incentive to do so. You holidays and weekends. There's no work-life balance. Management does not care about you at all when you bring problems forward to HR and management they are ignored.
