-Extreme Politics and Favoritism -Low Compensations & Benefits -The Leadership Team will make you work in whatall departments, calling it business requirement. -No transparency. -You'll see your co-workers getting promoted/working in better departments and projects just because they have better connections with the higher departments. -No mobile phones/bags allowed on floor.
