Pros

Ability to take time off almost whenever you need to as long as you don't abuse or overuse your time off.

Cons

After a while the constant lifting took a toll on my already injured cervical and lumbar spine, resulting in surgery sooner than the doc expected. Working there exasperated my injuries but did not cause them. I got to where I'd get home crying from the pins and needles running all the way up both arms, and numbness so bad pain would throb and shoot through my arms and neck.
