Pros

Can now use headphones. Job is relatively easy. They give you alot of second and third chances to improve. Great insurance. In my experience they treat me 10x better than other factory environments I've worked in. They will pay for school.

Cons

Boring/unfulfilled life. Work with kids out of highschool and underachieving adults
