Pros

You get paid okay, if they let you stay all day.

Cons

You are treated like a robot and told to work harder/faster by higher ups who do little to no physical labor. Breaks are very limited, you actually don’t get to use the full duration of your break due to the “scan to scan” policy. The work load can be unbearable and is constantly raised to meet demands. I understand I didn’t sign up for an easy job, but this is by far the hardest jobs I have ever done.
