Pros

Because of the size of warehouse, you never really have to communicate with managers. You are free to use your hours as you please with no consequences unless you run out of hours. You are not a particularly important part of the process so you don't need to feel guilty about leaving early or taking time off.

Cons

There is very limited opportunity for growth. Really feels like Amazon doesn't want to keep people around. They stop giving raises after three years. You don't get any variety in your work. It is just the same repetitive, monotonous task, which can be mastered in the first day, forever.

Pros

Easy to get hired. other than that there is no reason to work here

Cons

You will get treated like a slave. If you make 99% of your rate then you will get written up. Dog eat dog culture. Management doesn't care about you at all they only care about how many products you can get out. Glad that I left. The values that they teach during orientation are BS. Work here and see for yourself. The Managers are awful . Unreal Expectations.
