Pros

I really like this role because there's lots of flexibility in defining the scope of the role for career growth in multiple avenues.

Cons

The work can be overwhelming sometimes but you really just have to say no, or provide options to have your manager pick what's most important for you to work on.

Pros

Interesting work, good pay, smart coworkers.

Cons

Everything is very Seattle-centric. If you live in Europe, you are often expected to meet with Seattle people on their schedule. Staying up late is fine to make you do, but asking them to get up a little early to make a 7am PST call is a struggle.
