Tasks and responsibilities are not intellectually challenging

Too many to mention...Vile workplace, boring as hell, bad atmosphere between some colleagues etc..If you have any alternative to accepting this job, then I recommend you take it, because working in the STOW or PICK department at Amazon Leipzig is very boring, very tiring, and very humiliating...Some (but not all) of the managers will treat you like dirt...The managers lord it over the staff as if they are serfs, or pawns in a game of chess...During the recruitment process, they do their best to belittle and undermine the individual, in the hope that when you are in the job, your self-esteem and self-respect will be so compromised that you no longer have the will to leave...The canteens for eating lunch are soul destroying and empty places...If you are 2 minutes late back to work after lunch, you can expect to be reprimanded by the management...I could continue for pages; suffice it to say: don't even think about it...
