Pros

Primarily work from home environment.

Cons

1. Lack of clear, concise & consistent feedback. 2. Lack of transparency. 3. Lack of Support. Managers will try to hid behind "own your development" while they do nothing to support you. 4. I've watched the promises come and go with no action... carrots dangled in front of good passionate employees with no pay off.

Pros

If you know the right people, advancement is fantastic. They have their own health clinic, and the stock/rsu options are nice

Cons

Dog eat dog, if you don't drink the Amazon kool-aid, they find a way to push you out. "Think Big" only means to think just like them, and you're golden. Boys club mentality
