Pros

It's a company that gives you lots of possibilities to move around, change job, department, and even location. The RSU program is very good.

Cons

The company has grown too much, in the HR/Payroll departments the processes have been segmented to the point that no one knows how something works from A-Z, which makes it extremely difficult to fix things.
