Development team is great, nice, friendly, helpful. Access to all environments, very automated nearly stress free deployments.

Cons

Work life balance non existent, and most likely the more you work, the less well you do. Team is so good, it's difficult to even be in the top 50%, and if you aren't, it's not a very welcoming feeling (totally stupid, but that is the culture)
