Pros

- Very clear expectations around work and promotion - Talented coworkers - Lots of room to learn new and emerging tools especially around AI

Cons

- Getting paged in the middle of the night for a non-issue is very annoying - The line between L5 and L6 is very challenging to cross. Only about 15% of all engineers are L6 and above so you might be stuck at L5 your whole career unless you’re really advocating for important projects (or they just happen to fall into your lap)

Pros

This company is the worst company and has no pros working here except for decent pay for which they make you overwork the pay you are getting

Cons

Working at this company is a nightmare with worst managers and leadership. Terrible culture with poor work life balance and PIPs full of narcissist people.
