Pros

On-Site people who you deal with the most are friendly and helpful Good for temporary job

Cons

Too much is run externally that it messes up the efficientcy of the warehouse They can end your contract any time with little notice if done through PMP Recruitment. Performance is irrelevant to whether or not you will be let go from contract early the top performers are still let go over people performing worse as it is supposedly done randomly.
