Pros

Decent pay, varying shifts, ability to lose weight

Cons

Where do I start... -poor leadership skills -inefficient equipment (I.E. scanners and rabbit -safety concerns or issues regarding improving safety are often ignored -very limited training, if any real training at all -promoting up doesn't come with pay raises or any other incentives, it's voluntary -logic is hardly ever used to increase efficiency and reduce congestion on the floor -very high attrition rate

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Decent hourly pay. Great benefits for a part time job.

Cons

Until you become a full time associate, expect to have a second job to make ends meet. Part time is typically 4 hour shifts five days per week. (20 Hrs)
