Pros

Good pay and plenty of shifts to choose from.

Cons

If on the dock, they work you hard. Do way more work than the rest of the facility employees for the same pay. Recently stopped paying for lunch hours and cut back hours from 30 down to 20.

Pros

- Good people to work with - Encouraging managers - VET (Voluntary Extra Time) and VTO (Voluntary Time Off) - Shift flexibility - Easy job; can be learned easily (hard at first; gets easier after a while) - Clean warehouse, good temperature

Cons

- Lines can get extremely messy and overwhelm you physically as well as mentally (physically because you need to move fast to increase your scan rates; mentally because you have to stack the boxes properly and it overwhelms you a lot) - Pallets gets messed up and boxes may fall on you (safety wise, things need to change at amazon)
