Pros

Good work life balance if your manager is good.

Cons

Multiple tasks assigned to single individual and overloaded with task. Apart from this they expect you to build solution separately. Promotion is almost impossible unless you work extra mile.

Pros

The position at Amazon is quite invigorating. The pros here are the company likes to help. Promote your training. They help pay for college classes and tests now.

Cons

A lot of Amazon’s facilities have very poor morale and content to treat individuals with great respect. They tend to promise you promotions, and pay raises, but will never follow through.
