Always updated tech stack. Good amount of self-learning Working in silo Good career opportunities for experienced No time constraints

Cons

No team support available for freshers. In spite of lack of team support, lack of code documentation. Lack of mentorship. Mentors assigned only as a namesake. Tech stack is up-to-date. But the way the tech-stack is managed to reduce the efforts of new developers is very bad.
