Team Lunch in 1 or 2 months Friday you can get some snacks for free

Cons

No gym No free food No free cab (cost around 6000rs) No subscription to any amazon products No free snacks 12 hr shifts on call for week not compensation for that Weekend 24 hr shift 2-3 in years Other time might call you or told you to work on weekends On every sales you have to provide 24 hr support No other salary other then that mentioned at time of joining Most employees work 12 hrs No work life balance

pays good benefits and name recognition. Such a large company provides many different orgs to work for and opportunities to move around.

Cons

This company is the epitome of corporate. Managers are incentivized to promote but won’t have your back. Promo ideology essentially has you being underpaid while you prove that you can do the job.
