Pros

Ok if you come out of varsity or college to set you up for your next career step; nothing more than a stepping stone.

Cons

Where to begin. Aws will make you stupid. If you've ever done anything worthwhile in your career, this will be one giant leap in the wrong direction. You want to work in a call centre, then look no further, this place is for you. Tenure is rewarded over talent. Leadership principles are a joke, there is no customer obsession, just a bunch of people trying to 'level up' You want to build? Then walk away.

Pros

Great opportunities inside the company for learning.

Cons

Horrible work life balance. Managers just want to get their work done and they are liars. Even if you get the highest possible ranking in the annual reviews, the annual hike that you will get will just make you cry. The managers will blame it on the HR's and the HR's will blame it on the system. It's not worth it to work here for more than a couple of years. The only benefits you get is a tiny bus pass and a 100$ per year discount. Nothing else. The shares that vest after two years of your joining is just a way to make you stay in the organization. At the end of the day, shares won't pay your rent.
