Pros

- If you enjoy a fast paced environment with ample opportunity to learn and grow, you'll love Amazon - Decent benefits - Decent compensation package - Open to any idea, big or small - Flexibility with working from home and office - Good communication

Cons

- Large workload - Not enough members on the team, so on-call rotations can be tedious - Such a big organization, things seem to often get lost in the shuffle - Often put a number of things on your plate without providing much of an order in regards to priorities

Pros

- Lot of growth opportunities and visibility. - Not bad in terms of compensation.

Cons

- Need to extend long hours to meet the deadlines. - It would be overwhelming for new folks especially as its fast paced. - You would hear the word frugal always.
