Pros

-no dress code. -starting salary good for freshers.

Cons

-No work life balance. - Overtime all day even on week off. -Poor hike. -any day of week off and not saturday and sunday. - Should work in shifts and they change every 3 months. -Poor night shift allowance. -No home pick up during day. -Sickening food. food-poining cases 2 every week. -It's all about "Show". Nothing practical. -Management lies blatantly assuming employees are illiterates. -Clear false promises by management. -BPO like work culture.
