Pros

Work from home job providing that is good or salary credits on time even before last day of the month.

Cons

Work life balance has changed now in Amazon, so much of pressure to meet numbers and no job security, leaving people on name of performance not met or pip..even people are working for so many years like 5 or 7 years ,still at the same position. No career growth opportunities.Atlas program is there for a name ,no result published so far. Also they expect people to perform in a process without any proper training reason being employee comes into pip and then they refer to that person to HR . No job safety .. even after giving 3 years they will leave people like a bug in a tea!
