      As you would expect, there are plenty of customer challenges to solve. AWS is a company focused on customer success, and its employees will always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Its an environment where you can learn a ton!

      Cons

      Promotions are very scarce. The most important things are individual performance and successful individual activities. This creates an overly competitive environment in which true teamwork is rare. Performance evaluations are tough and there's constant high pressure put on individuals.
