Cons

In my team there are 15 people and 90 percent of the team is from one country. I was in a project with some of my colleagues and I was the only one from other country. They excluded me, did not invite me meetings, not included me decisions and at the end I went to HR to complain about bullying at work. And HR did not do anything. My manager did not do anything too. They encourage people who are in the same team, to compete each other rather than working together for same goal. That's why people are ready to kill each other in this company. I am shocked. If you think your Psychologie, stay away from this company
