It's assumed, the longer you're here, the more you know- this is not always the case. Buyer beware, if you accept an offer at this company- the furthest you might go comp wise is going to be very dependent on what you enter the company at. In terms of promotions, you must find influential leaders that can help get your name out and support your growth. If they are leaders who might not be as well perceived by their peers, you might not want to be associated with them for too long. Program teams have slow movement and multiple meeting requests- it can feel like you're going in circles to accomplish anything . There are alot of bottlenecks when multiple teams have to work together.
