Clueless leadership

Pros

Better than industry average for total compensation

Cons

Leaderships only care about making themselves look good, very often make their managers go back and forth on results multiple times. B35s are overworked to please B45. B35 is the terminal level here. No path to B40 unless there is an opening, which is rare.
