      Wonderful team, difficult leadership changes

      Pros

      Wonderful people worked there with great ideas and a lot of energy. Highly supportive immediate managers.

      Cons

      Leadership changed a lot during the time that I was there and the company was seemingly without clear direction. Hierarchy between Cisco and app dynamics was also unclear and caused bottlenecks.
