      Pros

      Everyone is passionate & buys-in! Everyone is focused on customer success! We bend over backwards to make our customers happy. Lots of big fish in a relatively small pond. Approachable, inspiring leaders. Meritocracy: performers are rewarded. Pay is above market, in my opinion. Numbers back up the talk: phenomenal growth!

      Cons

      Its been a sprint for many years... some are growing road-weary. We need to go public and create some liquidity for the 'worker bees.' Sales, Engineering, Support are rock stars, experienced guys & gals. Some other units need to catch up.

      Pros

      Definitely unique, special and Epic enterprise software startup. Just watching it taking off and going straight through the stratosphere or whatever may call it was worth it. And being in product support I got the best view. It was awesome.

      I probably didn't like a lot of things, but was it worth it? Absolutely!

      Very competitive and fast growing APM market

      Cons

      Political hell, some department are dysfunctional, what you do depends on who you know, sweet if you are a ass-kisser and are accepted by the "small club". Be cautious about the faked five start comments, some constructive comments by my ex-colleagues disappeared mysteriously!
