      If you are new or unskilled, you'll be fine, just don't stay too long

      Cons

      Run by a narcissistic management team. Very top-heavy, completely unqualified, unimaginative, and uninterested in anything challenging. If you want to work in a place where the hierarchy defines your worth, and everyone below you is less than you, then you'll be fine. Don't bother trying to get anything done if you have any technical skills.

      Pros

      Managers are quite chilll You can literallly take 2-3 weeks remote. Although AppD comes under Cisco's Business Units, they still don't mandate 3 days in the office. My ex-team used to come only 2 days a week (Tues and Thurs).

      Cons

      Increments and Promotions take time It's lagging in the application monitoring phase. mostly in the maintenancde mode. There are some changes, but I don't think they take up too much. Tech Stack is outdated.
