      Dinosaur. Moves very slowly. It's very hard to stand out and make your way to the top.

      The impact that my daily work has on the success of the company and the way how the company recognize my results is exceptional! Great Lifetime experience that makes me feel like being part of something great. Product, Sales Process and Leadership Team are unique in the industry.

      Cons

      Not really, I'm more than happy here. But our ongoing hyper growth phase requires that we ALL adapt quick to future challenges. Continuous delivery is a "must have" attitude and concept for staying successful during change. Make sure we keep that concept alive by driving innovation for People, Process and Technology!
