Pros

Good Pay and decent benefits

Cons

The director would lie on anybody to get their way. The company preaches a great work-life balance but doesn't actually practice it. They will overwork you and give you extrA responsibilities but hold them against you in the future. It was an extremely toxic environment with a lot of two-faced upper management. if you aren't willing to step on people and lie/manipulate then you won't make it far in the company at all.

Pros

Getting to make connections in the Retail and Quick Service Restaurant industries. They seem to encourage diversity. As a minority in leadership, I'm rarely the only minority in the room which is refreshing.

Cons

Cooperate will make changes and then communicate to you at 5PM to execute it by the next day. Higher ups will constantly slice the labor budget but then reprimand you when things don't get completed or have a delay in completion. No work life balance. Since the plazas are 24 hours they demand you're available 24/7. The higher ups are the type of people to schedule a holiday party the same day as a Full Store Audit just so they can avoid the responsibility. Which leaves you to work a 15 hour day doing it alone... Then seem baffled that you're upset about it...
