      Overall, it's a manageable job. But there is no room for career progression

      1. Lots of available hours, although you have to work extremely hard to get those hours 2. No late hours, early starts which is nice because you have the whole evening off 3. Employees are generally easy to get along with

      Cons

      1. Managers are rude and judgmental and lack all sense of compassion. So if you need a couple of sick days (even with a doctor's letter) expect to be treated poorly at work. 2. Holidays are limited. I was told no holidays between June-July and December (except managers did this, of course). 3. Pay rises are poor, a co-worker I knew got a ten cent pay rise after two years of work with them.

      Great staff in local site

      Cons

      No support from upper management. When you’re struggling and ask for help you get in trouble instead. I’m strong enough to cope with it but I know other managers who have left because of the lack of support
