I worked on Applegreen for 1 year and really could not find any pros.

Cons

The company are so scabbing that you have to pay even for a cup of tea or coffee, you don't have a dedicated area for your lunch, you have to sit with customers in your break time. The management look like they don't have a clue about what they are doing. Very bad roster management.

Friendly work force amongst other units in site. Easy interviews. Overtime available. Great layout of buildings. Very popular and busy environments.

Cons

In motorway so driving pretty much essential. Alot of gossiping. No staff discount or free meals in good outlets which is given to other similar franchises in towns/cities. Long hours. High staff turn over leaving many short staffed occasions increasing pressure
