Great group of Technologists and Engineers but the lack of career opportunities makes it a painful environment.

Intellectually stimulating employees in the business units, compensation is up to par with market standards, and the Wellness Center (gym/physicians housed internally) is a positive addition to the Santa Clara campus

Cons

Many political games- promotions based on relationships not performance, work/life balance poor-average of 50 hour work weeks, career opportunities are limited even if sought out, very little direction until the recent change in upper management and even still, it is most likely too late- it is a very slow moving company overall.

Large company with a lot of turnover in executive and upper management. Vision and strategy change too frequently for employees to embrace so they mostly ignore the noise and work heads down instead of working for a common goal.
