Technology is good if your interested in semcon physics and material science. If your not interested in it, then the technology wont be to interesting

Cons

Mature Industry. Every has too much experience. The work force is pretty old and not as flexible. Everyone is pretty chill.

salaries. benefits. good colleagues with strong camaraderie. high class technology.

Cons

bureaucratic and very political to advance in the company. training provided is insufficient yet managers expectations can be unreasonable. employees are placed in difficult and more testing conditions than others, and this is not considered when performance evaluation is conducted at the end of the year. skills and knowledge acquired is not transferable to other industries.
