Technology is good if your interested in semcon physics and material science. If your not interested in it, then the technology wont be to interesting

Cons

Mature Industry. Every has too much experience. The work force is pretty old and not as flexible. Everyone is pretty chill.

They pay you too much, becuiase they do not run their business by processes. Therfore they need vreative people who can instntaneously create processes to fix problems - this is known as "the diving catch"

Cons

Kissing up is expected, asking tough questions is not. Keep you head down and CYA.
