-Unlimited FTO -Generous paid parental leave (12 weeks) -Great insurance policy -Great company culture + diversity initiatives -Generally good sense of teamwork and awesome folks working there

Cons

-It really matters who your manager is in terms of work/life balance and whether you can use your FTO often -Often work late due to high priority projects and overseas customers -Rolled back remote work for all employees hired during the pandemic, so now at most 2 days WFH -Not much opportunity for career growth or raises

Good pay and stock/retirement options. Good benefits.

Cons

The CTO upper management added in the past year or so has made the organization very unfocused and internally paranoid due to lack of any real communication. Anytime a question is asked at an all hands they will dodge the question and give non answers, leading to even more confusion and paranoia in the department. Highly recommended to not join CTO, I have heard good things about most of the rest of the company.

Pros

Amazing benefits such as life insurance, short and long term disability, 401k match, stock discounts, generous PTO and Sick time (2 separate balances of hours to use) and if you like cutting edge it's interesting to learn about how microprocessors are built.

Cons

Promotion opportunities are infrequent and once you're in the company they only give you a 2% annual raise. You can promote "tiers" or "ranks" for a larger raise but they try to stifle financial growth as much as possible making job hopping seem a better option than company loyalty. I've seen people with less industry experience hire in at nearly 40% higher pay than someone who stuck with the company and tried to promote from within.
