Not the worst at least in terms of benefits, ok job security in this field

Even after this most recent round of RIF, still way too many VPs, Managing Directors, Senior Directors eating up most of the budget and just sit in meetings to assign their subordinate more work. Not enough resources towards engineers who actually do the work. Why would you need 5 levels of VP in your hierarchy, that means you got it wrong. You only need 1 decision maker, not 5.
