The company is stable and is growing really well during the semicon boom, monitor profit margin and shareholder return very closely. People collaborate and down to earth.

Cons

Not easy to adapt to change, can be challenging for new college grads to navigate. Reorgs happen, may move slow

They would pay for lunch maybe once or twice a quarter.

Cons

Just REALLY poor management. I’m talking really bad. Every manager is looking out for their own interest. Thinking they could be the next one getting fired. It was apparent.
