Colleagues act nice to your face then report you to HR behind your back They do not look out for you. They claim to be a inclusive workplace but that is just a front. It is deceptive. So many toxic people in that workplace.

You're expected to figure things out alone. ❌ Fake Hybrid Work Policy – They claim to offer flexibility, but you're still expected to work after hours. ❌ Toxic & Biased Culture ❌ Poor Management & Office Politics – Leadership is disorganized, blames employees, and makes last-minute decisions that create chaos. ❌ No Work-Life Balance – Constant pressure, unrealistic expectations, and no appreciation for extra effort.
