Good way to get a good understanding of Adwords and how it works.
Cons
Management are completely incompetent in this department. They ridicule and point the finger of blame to staff under themselves and have no idea how to motivate people. They Publicly shame staff members in front of colleagues, and refuse to take any responsibility for there actions, while abusing there position of power. They cut tenured, high achieving members of staff's bonus to allow there personal friends to take there place, even though in some cases, they can hardly speak the language of the line they support. After working here, I was turned down for a job in a tech company, and from what it sounds like, they had been bad mouthing me to this company as there are former employees working for said tech company. Working here may sincerely negatively effect your future employment in other companies if the management does not like you on a personal level.
