Worst company ever
Pros
-initially was good when they moved from Twickenham, there were a couple of nice managers and the environment was pleasant.
Cons
there are too many to list - no organisation whatsoever - people are lied to - management is a total joke, they have no people skills, lie to you, don't know any processes and is completely based on favouritism. - don't bother to try and apply for another role because they only ever want people who say yes and question nothing - they already choose who they want to give new vacancies/positions to and then put out the advert and ask people to apply - HR is ridiculous - huge blame culture - worse than a high school - constant arguing and general petty drama - some of the managers need to be seriously investigated for abusing their position and trust AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
