      Pros

      Good invoirement, helpful peoples, a good job to start building your experience for getting on the job market. Quite few decent trainings and access to a big training database.

      Cons

      Very weak management, super demanding, some of the team managers applying a micromanagement and some are just lost making absurde demands. Long houres such as 12h daily for months including weekends
