Having an wonderful colleagues , nice environment , interesting experience ,parking , flexibility in your schedule ,vacation days, playing area.

Cons

To be foreigner, doesn't matter your education or your experience , I was really disappointed to find out that almost all promotions in my department we're made because of the friendship between them, not your results.

Experience as CSA in Romania, very bad team leaders, all strangers from Romania. After a very fast training, in 3 months have never had any mentoring, coaching, and help by nobody. 50 agents at the begining after 3 months they lost about the 40% of us. On 3 mother toungues in the project in a stranger place nobody as never asked us just one advices on how to talk and speak in my language.

Cons

They didn't pay my relocation package as promised and signed on the contract. Miserables!!!
