      None at all, stay away

      Cons

      They don't care about their workers, only their customers. If you aren't dating a supervisor you can't move up.

      Pros

      The place has a very good work ethic nice demographic of people around the company easy to blend in. Company, has good ethics.

      Cons

      HR has no clear communication. Sometimes it is hard to get things sorted right away as the payroll is based in Liverpool and it takes forever to get work sorted.

      Pros

      Had the opportunity to start afresh, the company came in with lots of new ideas regrading working smarter and promotion from within. Big budgets, update, open door policy. Reality is somewhat different.

      Cons

      Runs on a culture of fear and non communication. Favoritism is rife. Hard work counts for nothing. Outdated computer software, blame culture and dog eat dog is encouraged at every turn, along with a general attitude of 'I don't care' management. Can't even be bothered to learn people's name and have no idea of what they do, but still feel the need to tell everyone how they can do their job better.
