By far the worst company I've worked for
Pros
- Free snacks and drinks in the canteen - Possibility to work extra hours to take more time off - Life insurance - Many fun events
Cons
Where to start... It took weeks before I got an ergonomic assessment, by that time the damage was already done. It took months before the A/C was serviced, half of the team (including me) was feeling sick and having breathing difficulties. No, instead of caring about employee well being management is very busy blaming employees for being sick on purpose, forcing to sign unlawful contracts and literally screaming in your ear if you refuse to do so. Also you're automatically expected to work on bank holidays even though this makes no sense whatsoever, the strict working hours don't make any sense for the job either. But when you request a day (or few hours) off they're 'too busy'. Pay is way below average, benefits are useless, severe lack of parking spaces and no decent canteen. I now know why everybody is forced to take life insurance.
