Pros

- Free snacks and drinks in the canteen - Possibility to work extra hours to take more time off - Life insurance - Many fun events

Cons

Where to start... It took weeks before I got an ergonomic assessment, by that time the damage was already done. It took months before the A/C was serviced, half of the team (including me) was feeling sick and having breathing difficulties. No, instead of caring about employee well being management is very busy blaming employees for being sick on purpose, forcing to sign unlawful contracts and literally screaming in your ear if you refuse to do so. Also you're automatically expected to work on bank holidays even though this makes no sense whatsoever, the strict working hours don't make any sense for the job either. But when you request a day (or few hours) off they're 'too busy'. Pay is way below average, benefits are useless, severe lack of parking spaces and no decent canteen. I now know why everybody is forced to take life insurance.

Pros

Great company, runs independent units, no quarterly ends like a PLC.

Cons

You have to work hard and put in long hours. But most successful companies are the same

Pros

- Scandinavian language bonus - Great teammates - Our team lead was great. - Fair ( no overtime is expected) - Scandinavian department had very few problems and easy processes - I would only advice to work for Scandinavian teams

Cons

- Poor top management - No communication - between staff and senior management - Internet block - No one takes responsibility - Mangement playing the blaming game/ I don't know. - Company culture where management just follows an order and never discusses or admits problems in the administration or with floor staff - There is no trust in the worker - everything is controlled and monitored "they own you mentality." - HR - is not informing staff about their "other" opportunities
