      Pros

      You learn way too much as you get product knowledge by yourself directly dealing with the customers.

      Cons

      - You are treated almost like a slave - Ridiculous salary in comparison with the amount of work you have and the responsibilities you have - Too stressful - Management is a mess - The company pays no attention to the employees at all - Very bad working conditions - No sick days

      Pros

      Is a Good place to start because it provides good training on core technology. Basic benefits available in almost all the corporation environments.

      Cons

      It is a BPO. Very poor management Culture. Lack of Meritocracy. I didn't see any good structure that would help to develop talents. It would be very disappointing if you are an experienced professional in your thirties.
